Faculty Incentive Awards

These awards support scholarly work in the areas of original research, curriculum development, innovative teaching and learning pedagogy, civic learning and engagement projects. Award categories include:

  • New Course and Program Development Award ($2,000) Faculty in art studio
  • Creative and/or Civic Learning/Engagement/Service Award ($2,000)
  • Research Award for tenure-track faculty ($3,000)
  • Research Award for tenured faculty ($3,000)
  • Up to two Sabbatical Research Awards for approved sabbatical projects for AY 2021-2022 ($4,000 each)
  • Up to three Three-credit Research APRs for Spring 2024

Faculty Travel Awards 

The Faculty Travel Award fund supports faculty travel for purposes of professional development and scholarship. Travel Awards are available in individual amounts not to exceed $1,000. For application details please visit the Faculty Travel Awards page.
