President Rogers-adkinson

Dr. Diana L. Rogers-Adkinson is the 13th president of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA). A nationally recognized higher education leader, she is committed to fostering student success, academic excellence, and meaningful partnerships that strengthen both the campus and the surrounding community.

MCLA President Diana Rogers AdkinsonBefore joining MCLA, Dr. Rogers-Adkinson served as senior vice chancellor for academic and student affairs and chief academic officer for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), where she provided systemwide leadership for 10 universities serving approximately 80,000 students. She also served as provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, helping lead the successful academic integration of three legacy universities while advancing enrollment, student success, and institutional effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she served as provost and senior vice president at Bloomsburg University and as a dean at Southeast Missouri State University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Rogers-Adkinson has been recognized for her collaborative, accessible leadership style and her ability to bring people together around a shared vision. Guided by the values of being rooted in community and encouraging others to explore, learn, and lead, she is dedicated to creating opportunities for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to thrive. She is also a passionate advocate for women in leadership, lifelong learning, and the transformative power of the arts.

Outside of her professional role, Dr. Rogers-Adkinson enjoys music, the arts, and spending time with family. Along with her husband Greg, she is a dedicated supporter of foster families and children. She is the proud mother of two sons—Alex and Zachary and shares her home with Hazel, a deaf-blind Border Collie, and Lacy, an Australian Shepherd.
