Bonnie has been with the college since 2004. She currently also oversees the Student Financial Services Office. She is responsible for oversight of the Office of Student Records staff, degree clearance, and class registration.
Jason has been with the College since 2006. He is responsible for key reporting and data needs of the office. He also assists in oversight to ensures accuracy, security and integrity of all student records and planning and organization of all office services to campus community.
In addition, he also services as the Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research in this role he works to facilitate data driven and evidence-based decision-making by initiating, developing and supporting effective processes and procedures for the collection, analysis, maintenance, and reporting of data to the campus community and beyond.
Lisa has been with the College since 1984. She is responsible for all aspects of curriculum management including the implementation and upkeep of Degree Works, organization and implementation of governance documents, and sits on the Curriculum Committee. Jennifer has been with the college since 2012. She is responsible for student record additions and changes (uploading and inputting credits for CBA, Independent Study, Off Campus Study, Teaching Assistantship, Internships and Waivers), evaluating and assigning transfer credit, classroom requests, enrollment verification's, and general office duties. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in education and child study from Smith College. She joined MCLA in 2005 as coordinator of the TRIO program and later served as an academic advisor to undeclared students. Wendy is currently responsible for advising students related to study away planning, academic program completion, and academic activities to assist students in making decisions concerning educational goals leading to an MCLA degree.
